Reservation and payment of the stay
The reservation comes only confirmed with the payment of an equal confirmatoria deposit to 1/3 (a third party) of the amount total of the reserved stay, and must cash be poured or through banking discount. In case of lacked arrival this deposit will not come given back . The remaining amount must cash be paid or with credit card of the circuit Visa or Mastercard.

Timetables of arrival and departure
The stays begin to hours 16:00 of the arrival day and finish to hours 10:00 of the departure day, but various agreements. To the every arrival host is prayed to deliver to the Reception an identity document in order to carry out the recording formalities.

Volume of the television
The kind hosts pray themselves to hold the television and eventual musical systems to a volume that you respect quiet and the harmony of the atmosphere, in particolar way in the rest timetables: from the 14:00 to the 16:00 and the 21:00 to the 09:00.

Strangers
In the diurnal hours the getlteman pray themselves hosts to signal the presence of they relatives and friends to the direction. In the nocturnal hours strictly the presence of persons is prohibited strangers in every atmosphere of the farm holidays. The access to the rooms as in the common zones of the farm holidays it is not concurred with the strangers and the persons or preventively not recognized through a document of identity visionato from part of the direction.

Remote controls and keys
The remote control of the Conditioned Air system, the remote control of the television set and the keys of the room come delivered previa bail of 50,00 €uro that it will come completely given back to the moment of their restitution (if integral and working).

First breakfast (breakfast), lunch and supper
The breakfast, to buffet, is comprised in the price for every host of the farm holidays from hours 8:00 to hours 10:00 . For the other meal it is possible to address to the "Cornà Restaurant", opened from the mecoledì to Sunday, to 200 meters from the farm holidays.

Emergency
The esonera direction from every responsibility for eventual personal objects lets you incustoditi in the rooms or the common zones. It will be responsibility of the Getlteman Hosts to guard personal objects of value, to in the rooms that in the common zones of the farm holidays.
One recommends to the getlteman Hosts not to remove or to ruin some present object to the inside of the rooms and in the common zones of the farm holidays. Every abuse will come marked to the local Authorities of Public safety.
